Terms of use

About the playtest

These terms apply to your use of Tileclack. This is an early mahjong playtest: features may change, services may be interrupted, and rooms and game history may expire. Do not rely on the playtest as permanent storage for your games.

You can play as a guest or use an account for community features. Keep your sign-in details and private invitations secure, use login accounts you control, and do not impersonate someone else.

Be good company

• Treat other players with patience and respect. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, and sharing someone’s private information are not welcome.
• Play fairly. Do not collude to manipulate points, exploit bugs, automate abuse, or interfere with other players’ games.
• Use names and pictures you have permission to share. Do not post abusive, explicit, or deceptive content.
• Keep chat relevant to the table. Avoid spam and unwanted invitations.

Signed-in players can block or report another player from their public profile. Moderators can review reports, remove profile photos, reset names, or suspend accounts. Blocking or reporting does not cancel a hand or change its points.

Points are for play

Season points are free social game points. They cannot be purchased, redeemed for money, transferred outside game settlement, or exchanged for prizes. Refills and annual card seasons are part of the game. Standings are a record of counted play, not a skill rating or a guarantee of any reward.

The leaderboard explains eligibility and payouts. Leaving or signing out does not erase obligations from an unfinished counted hand.

Your content and information

You allow Tileclack to store and display the name, picture, and messages you submit as needed to provide the game and community features. The privacy policy describes visibility, retention, and account controls.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account once any counted hand has settled. Third-party login services have their own terms. Changes to these playtest terms will appear on this page with an updated date.
